Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Par Ready Shop purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened sleeves or boxes of golf balls (GOLF BALLS BY THE BOX, GOLF BALLS BY THE SLEEVE)
- Used club brushes (CLUB BRUSHES)
- Headcovers removed from original packaging (HEADCOVERS)
- GPS & Rangefinders with broken seals (GPS & RANGEFINDERS)
How to Return an Item

- Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll email you to confirm receipt and approval status
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- If exchanging for a higher-value item, you’ll be charged the difference
- If exchanging for a lower-value item, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
For our international customers (excluding select Asian regions and remote areas):
