Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be intact
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Golf balls (opened sleeves or boxes)
  • Club brushes (used)
  • Headcovers (if removed from original packaging)
  • GPS & Rangefinders (if the seal is broken)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the returned item is received. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it’s of lower value, we will refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping fees.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding select Asian regions and remote areas), please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
